Cross Country 2010
I sort of enjoy cross country running.
I do prefer short distance running.
I didn't find it difficult at the start of the unit.
My fitness did improve as the unit progressed.
My stamina sort of improved as the unit progressed.
I have done well in cross country in the past.
I sort of found it easier to run as the unit progressed.
I didn't learn to pace myself as the unit progressed .
I was sort of pleased with my performance at cross country.
I didn't find it easier to run when someone was with me.
I sort of run in my spare time.
I plan to keep running to improve my level of fitness.
I was placed second in the school cross country.
Comments: I only put effort in on the actual cross crountry day not at training.
